Not only did they help us understand what improvements would and would not help us sell our house and saved our budget, they helped us with the pictures and descriptions that would sell our house quickly. With three small kids and already living in our new house, we didn't have much time for running back and forth to meet with contractors, painters, etc. Katie and Steve were so wonderful and helpful. They really listened and understood our lives and made selling our house so much less work than I thought it would be. Katie, who was my primary agent, spent a great deal of time to understand my needs, identifying my "must haves" and what my "nice to haves" were. I had not been looking forward to what I considered to be an ordeal with the ex, but Steve & Katie smoothed the way. They are fun, knowledgeable and respectful. I chose to follow their advice and radon, at a significant level, was discovered.
