He was holding an open house for a property he was listing. We were just starting our search and had popped in to check it out. I knew he was the right guy for us when he said, "THIS isn't the right house for you. Check out these neighborhoods." And then proceeded to suggest neighborhoods we already knew we liked. Katie, who was my primary agent, spent a great deal of time to understand my needs, identifying my "must haves" and what my "nice to haves" were. She was constantly on the lookout, previewing houses, sending me messages to let me know when she found one that she knew I'd want to come see, setting up time for me to see houses based on my having to fly in to NC, and making herself available whenever I could be in town.
